Seller is not liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, damages resulting from loss of profit or revenue, recall costs, claims for service interruptions or failure to supply downtime, testing, installations or removal costs, costs of substitute products, property damage, personal injury, death or legal expenses.

Product Application Limitation

Seller's products are not specifically designed, manufactured or intended for critical use in end products which are used for nuclear facilities applications, human implantable devices or life support systems. Seller is not liable, in whole or part, for any claims or damages resultant from such use.

Payment Terms

Open Account - Can be established for by filling out our Credit Application (PDF). Standard terms are Net 30.

Credit Card - (U.S. Bank or International Credit Card), credit card billing information must be verified before processing the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Refunds given on orders paid for with a credit card will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.

C.O.D. - Available in the USA only, there is a $10 charge for processing C.O.D.s.

Prepay - Checks must be from a U.S. bank and money orders issued in U.S. dollars only. A $30.00 fee is charged for any wire transfers to cover the costs from the bank. Contact us for banking information.

Shipping and Handling:

Shipping on domestic orders is calculated solely on weight. No handling charge applies. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes. Check with import authorities to determine charges. A $6.00 handling fee is added to international orders. All shipments are F.O.B our factory.
