NEW ANNOUNCEMENT

Miranova has been acquired by BEI Technologies, Industrial Encoder Division and will operate as a development group working from offices in San Luis Obispo. The group will be known as BEI/Miranova Development Group (MDG). BEI's Industrial Encoder Division (IED) will take over responsibility for manufacturing, sales and distribution of Miranova products. BEI/MDG will be responsible for developing cutting edge encoder interface products, general encoder R&D and automated testing and production equipment to enhance IED's capabilities. Miranova Development Group is very excited to join BEI IED, a recognized leader in encoder technology and to gain the resources and support of BEI.
